The crowdfunding lost its purpose, the study hit pause since restaurants closed early and the DEVORE Forum was postponed. The world around us has changed but if anything DEVORE’S mission and purpose have grown stronger and louder - acting against food waste and for a more resilient food system is more needed than ever.

Chef Jérôme Henry and a collective of chefs have concocted a savoury vegetarian four course menu with sustainably sourced ingredients, making the best of what Valais and Switzerland has to offer. In addition to that, the whole meal is based on zero waste principles, meaning our chefs extraordinaire will make the best of each part of each plant! The menu is paired with Benoît Dorsaz’ mesmerising biodynamic wines.
The gathering will be animated by a charismatic expert nourishing your thoughts as much as your body!
